Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, so our policies are made to be simple and transparent.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Within 48 Hours: 1-night charge OR 50% of booking amount (whichever applies)
  • Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: No refund

Peak Season & Holiday Bookings:
During festive dates, holidays, or long weekends, cancellations may not be refundable. This will be mentioned during booking.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during booking.
  • Booking Modification / Date Change
  • Date changes depend on room availability.
  • Any difference in room rates will be applied at the time of modification.
  • Early Check-Out
  • No refund is provided for unused nights once a guest has checked in.

Force Majeure

In unavoidable situations like natural calamities, extreme weather, or government restrictions, we may offer date rescheduling or partial refunds based on the situation.

By using our website and booking with Tadoba Tiger Resort, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.
  • Guests must provide accurate contact and identification details.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

3. ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid Government ID at the time of check-in.
(Aadhaar / Driving License / Passport)

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
  • Additional services used during the stay must be cleared before departure.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Room rates may vary based on availability, season, and demand.
All prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as per government regulations.

6. Behavior & Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain peaceful behavior on the property.
The resort may refuse accommodation or ask a guest to leave in case of misconduct.

7. Damages

  • Any damage to resort property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
  • An additional amount may be added to the final bill.

8. Pets

Pets are allowed/not allowed (you tell me and I’ll customize this line).

9. Alcohol & Smoking

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed as per resort rules and government regulations.

10. Wildlife Safety

As the resort is close to the forest, guests must follow safety rules and avoid venturing outside designated areas after dark.
